THG Applicator is a hand-held adhesive applicators which dispenses hot melt adhesive onto a substrate via manual activation of a trigger.

THG Applicator is electrically heated independent of the adhesive supply hose. Temperatures are controlled by the controller at the adhesive supply unit (ASU). The respond to signals from temperature sensors (RTDs) located in the hose and applicator. The applicator connects to the adhesive supply hose through a ball swivel fitting and with an electrical connector. Adhesive output may be oriented to be straight or 90ﾟangle.

• Interchangeable nozzles provide bead or spiral pattern, 0.9mm-1.5mm of different size nozzle and extended nozzle is available.

• Hose inlet can be connected either top or bottom.

• Safety switch lock for the trigger can stop accident occuring
